  It created a lot of unwanted trouble and wasted time when Bespoke and Ben Lippa from J-Spec kept changing their plans for import and compliance throughout the process. It was quoted to be complied in SA ( Adelaide ) but when the car arrived in Melbourne port, the plan was changed suddenly by Shui Bespoke and Ben Lippa J-Spec for the car to be complied in Melbourne and shipped it to SA. Although I told them clearly it won't be accepted, they were adamant that it won't be a problem - as I told, when the car was taken for inspection to register in SA it was refused and non-compliant certificate was issued by SA Transport. What was supposed to be relatively smooth and straightforward import, it created a lot of stress - and after much chasing with several emails and phone calls for over a month (which was not attended to) and after leaving a nasty feedback and application to Victorian tribunal (which was later withdrawn by me), the compliance issue was sorted finally. Quite disappointed with the lack of at least a minimal courteous customer service both from J-Spec imports and Bespoke motors. Wouldn't recommend their service specially for interstate compliance. Stay well clear
